Podcasting

Originally, I was interested in editing audio, tweaking for better sound, and adding interesting effects. I found out this was called audio engineering, and in 2023 I decided to become yet another white guy with a podcast. I justified this to myself by focusing on learning a new skill that would be useful in many ways while also teaching myself something about content planning and public speaking. 

I started with “Grind.EXP”, a project that spanned visual, animation, design, and audio project space, but wound up almost too big to keep up with and retain my interest. It’s pity, the design for the brand was one of my favorites. I refocused in 2024 and 2025 and relaunched just the podcast as something I originally wanted – Thoroughly Overthinking any number of topics and making episodes when I wanted to, rather than on a content schedule. 

The resulting outlet is something I really am proud of and leaves the door open to more episodes in the near future.
